Location: Arroyo Grande, CA
Status: Built

Located in Arroyo Grande, CA, this project is a traditional take on a classic institution.  Mission style architectural details throughout help the project fit seamlessly into its Central California setting. Smooth trowel stucco finish, exposed rafter tails and arched doorways harken back to the mission style while amenities like the large arched windows and exposed staircases provide a touch of modernity.  This project was completed while Bill worked as project manager at RRM Design Group.
